I am finally seeing a little loss now after my weekend binging. I will never do that again. It was finally cool enough last night for us to take a walk. That felt to good.
191.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week

Weekend binging can be a good thing if you just getback on track so don't beat yourself up over it, especially if you had a good time

I always dislike the guilt that comes with binging. You'll get back on track in no time! =)
