My diet has been complete rubbish. I have gained 4 lbs. in the last 2 weeks. Too much traveling and not enough strenuous activity. Back on the wagon this week with some good physical activity planned for this week and the long holiday weekend.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
