Officially over 20 lbs. lost! I don't think I've seen this weight in over two years. I think it may be helping that school is back in session. The kids really keep me on my feet. Also wondering if the cheating last week and then going back on plan helped things along. Don't want to do that agin, though. Too much of a chance I wouldn't get back on plan. I have heard of people doing that, though. OF course, I've also heard the opposite is true, that it's never as easy as it was the first time. I don't really see this as my second time, though. I only went off for 4 days and it was kinda planned.

Off to my physical therapy appointment! I plan to join the gym very soon. It's just been too hot and I needed a pay stub before I join and I couldn't find an old one.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You know it does say in the Atkins book that if you've been on the diet awhile and your stuck to take a day of splurging on pasta or whatever, and then get right back on it to kick start you system.
