slow but steady wins the race! Had a meal out for Sean's birthday and I didn't deny myself anything, except alcohol as I was driving. I enjoyed every bite, didn't feel guilty and didn't feel bad afterwards.
Saturday lunch was a different matter. 2 bacon and 2 eggs cooked in butter, only got half way through and felt so awfully full. The feeling continues for 4 hours. Wanted to make myself sick to get rid of the feeling. Sunday lunch no better, paella without the rice, and felt so queasy. Seem to be going off certain foods. The thought of omelette or mushrooms turns my stomach. Maybe I need to mix my meal choices up a bit so I don't put myself off former favourites.
