Have discovered eggs cooked in butter doesn't make me feel queasy, like they do of cooked in oil. Still quite thirsty but not so bad. Feel full most of the time so possibly eating a p type less. Now I can see the weight coming off, it's time to include gentle exercise to see if I can break through my hatred of it.
