I always take new lows with a grain of salt, since I fluctuate a lot, but it is nice to see a new weight on the scale. I weighed in at 188.5 this morning, a number I haven't seen since maybe... 10th grade?
Anyway, I expect to hover around 190 this week, which is fine with me. I'll keep at it and hopefully soon see a full week without 19* on the scale. That will be a nice feeling.
