Finally back under 216 (think I needed more fiber). However, for some reason today I blew it. I just couldn't face more eggs for breakfast, and haven't taken the time to look up more ideas. So I had cereal (at least high fiber) plus some blueberries. If I'd stopped there I probably would have been OK overall, but then while fixing trail mix for M's lunch, I ate a cupful of dried fruit - that sent my carbs way over limit. I tried to eat mostly protein/fat the rest of the day, but we went out to eat and I ate foundation vegetables along with my steak and shrimp. Not sure if I should have avoided the veggies to keep my carbs down, or was it better to have some healthy veggies?
215.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 70.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
