BAD BAD BAD - don't know what got into me. So close and now so far. No exercise except housework - no gym for 2 days and ate like a pig.
And now it shows. Too much time on my hands, so I sat and ate.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
