I didn't want to weigh in this morning, I was afraid that it would tell me what I already knew, it did. I feel scared, nervous, anxious all off these emotions but I have faith in myself and I will manage this. I need to.
I feel like I've lost my way and myself. I'm dedicated.
I couldn't workout yesterday due to work constraints. The thing is there will always be something hindering me from my goal. I need to work around these obstacles.
I will make it work.
