I wish losing weight was as easy as eating food. I refuse to see this process as difficult. I need to priorities better and keep remembering to put myself first. There are so many life distraction that impede on my progress. I will never give up on myself. I love myself waaay too much.

End of Aug I will have better results in terms of my actives, exercise and the food I'm investing into my body.

This is a promise and commitment I make to myself.

Loving the positivity! I'm in a very similar place! Restarting and focusing on the future I want and the changes needed to make that happen! Can't wallow in mistakes, regardless of how recent! Moving forward!
