I have been focusing more on getting enough veggies and fat in, and have not used as many of the Atkins products. I think this might be helping. Also, since I messed up exactly one week ago, that put me out of ketosis and it probably took several days to get back into it.
216.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 71.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
