The weight held consistently. Guess it wasn't all water weight I lost, so it was nice that it was a platform I broke through on Sunday. It's good to pull back on the graph and see that it is a continual downhill slope.
163.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
