Yesterday's long hike made for a huge drop today. Maybe it'll come back as some water weight, maybe not. I also dropped my caloric intake limit. Time will tell.
163.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
