This weekend was awful. I fell off the wagon and it kept on down the road! It started on Friday with a piece of pizza for dinner and a beer. Then Saturday we had friends over and I had cooked a good dinner (grilled Kabobs, veggies and brown rice), but had 2 drinks! I wont even confess to what I ate yesterday... I am starting back on phase 1 today.
192.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

hey you only live once and one piece of pizza a a few drink over the course of the weekend does not seem all to bad it could have been worse. Don't beat your self up just get back on the band wagon

I hear ya. My relatives were in from CO and I have been worrying about what I've been eating...trying very hard to be good. On Friday night, had a few chips and a drink. Then went to a nice restaurant with them on Saturday night and we had Mai Tai's and I had creme brulee for dessert. On Sunday we went to the fair and I was good and had a cheeseburger with no bun for dinner, but got an "Elephant Ear" for dessert. All it is is fried dough with cinnamon and sugar. Then came home and had 2 captain's and coke. Man...but the good news is that with all the walking we did, I think it burned it off, because I'm now down to 138 and that's the lowest I've been on this diet!! So, we'll see in the next few days if it catches up with me. I'm back on Phase 1 as well.

I love how Phase 1 feels like a reset button. =)

I think it is all about balance. As long as you recognize everything you are putting in your mouth and don't disregard that, you can counter attack.
