Ugh :( I feel so completely crappy today. My TOM is kicking my butt, major bloating adding pounds, a migraine that has made me so nauseous I can't even think of food, and cramps that kept me up all night. How in the world am I supposed to eat right when thinking about eating at all makes me sick?
