Ugh :( I feel so completely crappy today. My TOM is kicking my butt, major bloating adding pounds, a migraine that has made me so nauseous I can't even think of food, and cramps that kept me up all night. How in the world am I supposed to eat right when thinking about eating at all makes me sick?

It makes me so irritable too I wish I could take a migraine pill and go to sleep but I can't with a 4 yr old and a 1 yr old :(

Tell me about it, I hate feeling poorly because I've still got to run round after my 2 year old. :(

Sometimes I wish I could just pause life around me til I felt better. My 4 year old is extra whiny today :(
