I've stopped losing and seem to be re-gaining a little. Wed I did go over on calories but the other days I've stayed between 1500 and 1800 and gotten all my veggies in etc. I've also exercised every day this week so far so I don't understand it. I've cut out the diet Coke and decreased the Atkins bars/shakes - I have at most one per day and sometimes none. I use only 1-2 packets of Stevia per day.
