I haven't been doing well on my diet in the last week. The weathers starting to get cooler so I am gonna be working out more after work. I like walking or jogging outside. I did very well in phase one and two, but when I got to phase three I just hit a slump. I tried going back to phase one, but just didnt lose like I wanted to. Now I am gonna go back to phase two for a few weeks, I keep wavering between 139 and 141. I am hoping that going to phase two will get me to get past that plateau.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

You can do it! Buckling down and adding more exercise will get you off that plateau!
