Starting 3-day juice cleanse today to get my body on track! It's been fighting me (bloating, terrible food cravings, headaches, stomach cramps). I never did end up getting my period, so it's like I've been PMSing for a month now. Hopefully the Juice Cleanse and getting my period next week (hopefully) will rebalance me.
