no weight loss this time round, but 3 cm off waist :)
152.1 lb Lost so far: 46.3 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's awesome!!! I read articles on the Dr Mercola site... he is really positive and encouraging about losing around the waist.
