WEll I am trying not to eat breads and sweets. ( my weakness) I have cut back but I haven't completely cut it out.

I went to the Dr yesterday and she is agravated with me for not doing better. I told her I was really wanting to lose weight and she has this look on her face like I have heard it before and I am not going to go to any extra trouble with you. She had told me one time about getting my metabolism tested and i wanted to do it she wasn't very encouraging. She said i would have to strickly count calories and read labels and she doesn't think i will do it. I am going in next Tuesday to do the test. I want to prove her wrong.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, you've come to the right place for calorie counting. It's not hard to do it on this website. All you need to do is weigh or portion out your food, then use this website's food database to pick the foods you eat. This site calculates the calories for you and keeps up with it all!! You can do this! Then you can go back to your doctor the next time and she will see that you proved her wrong! Win, win!
