Almost perfectly (somehow) matched the ratios I wanted to hit (from bodybuilding.com) yesterday. I was still a little low on calories, but a little low doesn't hurt.
My weight was steady today but I also didn't get to exercise yesterday due to social plans.
All things said and done, I'm seeing progress and that does make me happy. Onward.
