If I can believe the scale, I'm dropping weight a bit faster than I should. However getting both the calories and protein I need, while completely avoiding the carbs is damn difficult. I feel like I might as well be eating paleo or atkins.

So far, I've got all the energy I need. I'm biking and running when I can (depends on having running partners and the sun not trying to melt my section of the earth.)

I miss carbs. :(
169.1 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
