Doing pretty good at tracking again. Met my mini goal last week and then some! Hit the gym 3 times which helped.

New mini-goal, 213lbs by Friday. I will achieve this by continuing to watch my intake and a minimum of 1hr 20min at the gym.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
