Restarting diet and will hopefully stick to it. Been 3 years since i was successful in getting my weight down and now I am diabetic to boot. Must lose the weight so I can be healthy again.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 120.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
