yeah. lost weight from July 4th weekend and discovered love of brussel sprouts. yummy.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oooh! I have recently become a fan of brussels sprouts too. How do you make them?

izzypup68. When I'm at work, I add a little water and microwave for about 4-5 minutes after cutting in half. I drain the water and add a little EVO, salt, and pepper. At home, I roast them for about 40 minutes with onions and sometimes bacon or pancetta added towards the end. Typically I eat at work, I was so tired of cold leafy salad.
