So, so grateful. Yesterday (knowing my weigh in was coming today), I read many other folks' journals, listening to their struggles echo my own. One theme emerged: stick with it. As long as you know in your heart that you are following the plan, it will come off. Maybe not on our timeline, but it will. And while we wait (sometimes tapping our foot impatiently), we can rest in the knowledge that regardless of the number, we are making our bodies healthier and stronger. Please remind me of this next time things don't go my way :)
