Hehehe, well there is no special trick. Unfortunately the Hubs doesn't go with me as often as he should but I am able to get him to come half of the time because he has got to lose some weight also. He is 31 and this year at his check-up he was told he had "borderline high cholesterol." So I think I have pounded it into his head how I do not wish to remarry in my 40's or 50's because of his clogged arteries! ;)He is doing well, we both started our weight loss expedition on August 8th, and he is down about 25 pounds. Of course he is able to cheat! punk lol ;) Good luck with yours... it is tough to get them motivated.

Thanks TJ! We are trying! :)Thanks to the daylight savings time change, my toddler wakes up what is now an hour earlier. This is great because it is allowing for the time to get the quick work out in.

Wow. Great for you! I hear you about your husband. My husband has a chronic auto-immnune disease. He has to take prednisone on and off. I know that diet has been proven to help people with auto-immune diseases so I try really hard to get him to stop eating junk, cut back on the meat, eat more veggies, etc. He is fine with eating a salad but he refuses to eat beans and he still clings to a soda or two a day. And I always say things like, Well, if you want to see your son graduate from high school you better learn how to eat beans.

And, yeah, when he's on prednisone his weight shoots up. It's not pretty. But as soon as his dosage drops and he does something like cut back on one soda a day, his weight drops 20 lbs in a month.
