Sweet!!! I have less than a pound to lose before Friday. I broke 190!! Woo Hoo! That's 10lbs in 30 days! Hit my goal!! Woo Hoo!!
189.8 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 69.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
