HAD 10 DAYS IN TENERIFE AND DIDNT DIET AND DRANK 385 MAINTAINED WELL PLEASED !!!
385.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 161.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
