Glad it went down and not up.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A loss is a loss. Considering my week, I'm surprised I didn't gain 2 lbs.

I was surprised. I totally messed up this week with pizza but it's going down so I must not have done too much damage.
