Decent week eating and working out. Last Sat I road 13 miles on the bike before getting a flat, lifted with DJ & ran 4.2 miles. spent two days in ABQ and had some great meals!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
