I'm on a run of my life. So motivated right now. Tied for the loest I've been so far. Not going to screw it up like I did over a month ago!

Staying in the gym, continue to eat better as well. I'm getting my goal! (maybe not in half a month as is my trend, but it would be nice!)

I'm ready to go harder!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
