Wedding last weekend in MI, it was wonderful to see family.
A lot of red meat. Swiss steak was yummy, three burgers, bed and breakfast served high carb breakfasts. Glad to be home and eating better. I had a food hangover.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
