up a # this week, even tho still on an emotional rollercoaster, loosing a Dr after a yr and a half of seeing her weekly. one more appt this coming Thursday. Will be very emotional as we had developed a good relationship. other drs are happy with weight and so am I!!
126.3 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
