alot of emotional stressors this week, but a ton of walking trying to clear my mind as well, (having set.a goal of 1200 miles this yr) have net 850 at weeks end that's the good, the ugly is my mental state, thus the weight loss. oh well still in range just on lower end. try better Nxt week!!
