have stayed the same weight last two days and now regained 0.4 lb. I know I shouldn't weigh every day but I need to figure out if I'm following the program correctly. I don't think I've been getting quite enough of my net carbs from veggies, and I'm not eating enough calories overall on some days, either.
218.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 73.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1645 kcal Fat: 121.89g | Prot: 98.52g | Carb: 45.34g.   Breakfast: Stevia, Egg, flaxseed meal, bacon, butter, egg. Lunch: Turkey Breast Meat, pork rinds, ranch dressing, green pepper, radish, cucumber, spinach, iceberg lettuce. Dinner: crushed, Mushrooms, green pepper, ground beef. Snacks/Other: George's Restore, sweet and low, stevia, heavy cream, half and half, coffee, walnuts, diet coke. more...
