I think the acupuncture and Chinese herbs are starting to help with my metabolism. I am also thinking that the herbs are a more gentle cleanse than I've gotten at Vitamin World. The sugar cravings are lessening a bit.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
