I am 28 years old and I've been married for 1 year now. I lost about 10lbs for the wedding last August (2010) and I gained it all back and then some now. I guess I got comfortable being married and my gym membership expired. My husband had 3 months until he needed to renew his, so I thought taking 3 months off wouldn't be a big deal. Ha! Now I'm back trying to lose that weight again and go a little further to my goal weight. I am going to the gym 5-7 days a week, eating healthier than I was, seeing an acupuncturist to help with my metabolism, and also will start trying to conceive very soon. I want to be at a weight that I'm comfortable at before I get pregnant. Getting healthy will be better for future baby :)
