trying tp pick up on more exsercising still drinking my water and arms are feeling better now for 3 weeks my challenge is over now on walking on 10 min. a day need to find another challenge.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
