Consistency and longevity is the name of the game. So many diets would probably work fine for many people if they were followed closely for a good amount of time. The reason I'm counting calories is that I had a suspicion that I was cheating/binging just enough each week to cancel our the good I'd done.
This time, I feel pretty confident that I'm doing well, but of course I'm concerned about how long I can keep it up. In some ways, it already feels like a new lifestyle, but I've been here before. I think losing the next 22 lbs will much more difficult than losing the first 58!
