Fit a lot in yesterday. 30 min row, thought it was a lame one when I was rowing, but my distance was pretty high when i finished, so not so bad. Went to Balboa Park early and walked the two big dogs a couple of miles since it was so beautiful outside and I have really missed my magical park. Blob down, muscle up, neck and shoulder pain is much better today, no TENS so far this morning. Now, work is a total PITA, butt (haha) that’s totally normal, and I would be worried if it wasn’t. Balboa Park is special. Brilliant and rare foresight to work such diverse good into a cohesive city plan. I design things that go up, so my family spent an inordinate amount of time at the Air & Space Museum. Good friends have spent their retirement volunteering at Balboa Park just for the joy of it.
