I feel like I'm getting in better shape, but my weight is not changing. I keep trying to tell myself that I should judge my weight loss by how I feel and how my clothes are fitting, but that number is just not moving! I need that to motivate me to keep at it!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i am in the exact same boat! i just keep telling myself that the number has to start coming down sooner or later, and comfort myself with how much better i feel and how loose my clothes are getting. Hang in there!!

Thanks Amanda! I'm constantly tweaking things to try to affect the number on the scale. No more soda and more raw green vegetables! :)
