back down 👇 some!! need to continue this process and try to get along with my body so it don't go up and down up 👆 and down 👇... even though it does that I'm still on the downward slope thank God!!!
288.4 lb Lost so far: 64.6 lb.    Still to go: 68.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
