Trying IF out. Seems pretty sweet so far. The hard part will be the weekend.
325.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 125.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

i've found IF to work really well for me. there are different kinds, i do a daily fast of 16 hrs, then eat all my meals within an 8-hour timeframe. basically, it just means skipping breakfast, so it's easy for me. i don't know if i could do the 5:2 IF. good luck this weekend!
