Though I am not able to walk for exercise right now...and not really "exercise" I have decided to do a few things just for my mind, body, and spirit. Nothing to really lose weight, but just something to satisfy my mind really. I do it all on the floor, a little yoga, and some weight training with small weights. A lot of stretching!! It might not be doing anything for me physically, but mentally it makes me feel better. Until my foot and leg heals this is all I can do. I miss walking with my friends and getting healthy with them. They are all recording great results and well me...I keep encouraging them. Oh I not only mean here on this site, I am also talking about friends from church. Seems to be a growing concern for health at church. Ladies and men are hearing from God to get His temple in order. I was excited and still am about the movement, but I cannot participate with them at this time. Anyways...I am holding as steady with my weight as possible. Trying to keep my carbs as close to 100 as possible. That is harder than I ever thought!! Did not use to be that hard..why now?
