Didn't manage to record yesterday's stuff, I had that birthday party but I didn't cave to the temptation of the sugary starchy foods. It was more of a munch on veggies meat and cheese day. Also those wonderful pork rinds are a life saver. I even found salt and vinegar flavored ones (used to be my favorite potato chip). I didn't do lunch today, which I know is REALLY bad. I need to get myself up on my water because I gained weight again and I really think it's more water retention from not drinking nearly enough.
