Another loss 😊
Feeling pleased with myself because my weight is going in the right direction and I think I can detect a slight improvement in my mobility. I don't want to get ahead of myself and become complacent and think I've cracked it because I know the first few weeks after a change of diet and increase in activity are the time when you lose most weight. If I want to continue to lose I need to study my calorie intake and adjust accordingly and slowly (in my case very slowly) increase my activity.
Maybe I will start to think about a new outfit for the wedding to give me the incentive I always need to sustain my determination
185.8 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
