Another good drop this week!! I've lost 14 pounds in the past 3.5 months, even with gaining back 6 pounds over the Holidays. Between Thanksgiving & Christmas I lost 10 pounds, then gained 6 lbs between Christmas & my Birthday (Jan 14), so I had to basically lose that 6 lbs twice. Hard work, but I did it! Looking forward to being back in OneDerland and working my way to 50 & fabulous! Have a wonderful Sunday everyone!!!

Diet followed reasonably well.
