Hello everyone especially my buddies my weight have gone down by 0. 2 . One practice I have learned is to count the carbs no matter what I eat I'm supposed to have no more than 260 carbs a day so even if I go over that amount I still count it and that seems to be working for me. everyone have a wonderful Monday
231.8 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 91.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
