I am two weeks into a consistent strength training and cardio program while still seeking the balance in my eating regiment. I am definitely getting stronger though my weight shows no significant positive change.
229.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
